We that being said, you can rest assured that your package will leave our hands in perfect condition. The risk of shipping cookies is a real one and unforeseen things can occur (lost or damaged packages, broken cookies, melted candies that are in or on top of your cookies etc.) These are all things that are beyond our control. We are unable to offer refunds/exchanges or returns for cookies that arrive to you in less than perfect condition. Please order at your own risk. If a package is lost, contacting the shipping organization is the best place to find an answer.
