Returns & Refunds!  

We are unable to process returns or refunds for orders that are damaged or lost during shipping. We take the utmost care in packaging your cookies but sometimes unforeseen things happen. If a package is lost by carrier, damaged during the shipping process, parts of your cookie melts etc. we will not refund, return or exchange those items. Once it leaves our hands there is nothing we are able to do. We have an order at will policy, by placing an order you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping cookies.

Current TAT for cookies is 3 business days, meaning all orders will ship out within 3 business days, and typically arrive within 3-5 days depending on your location.
